Plan & Billing

Manage your CDSEO subscription, view usage, and track your credits from the Plan & Billing page.

Accessing Plan & Billing

To access your billing information:

  1. Go to Settings in the main navigation
  2. Click Plan & Billing

Your Current Plan

The Plan & Billing page displays your current subscription:

  • Plan name - Your current subscription tier
  • Monthly price - What you pay each billing cycle
  • Plan features - What's included in your plan

Usage Overview

Track your usage across three categories:

User Accounts

Shows how many team members you've added compared to your plan limit. Full Suite plans have unlimited users.

AI Title/Meta Optimizations

Shows your remaining AI credits for generating titles and meta descriptions. Credits reset each billing period. Full Suite plans have unlimited credits.

Item Usage

Shows the total number of items (products, collections, pages, and articles) in your store compared to your plan limit. Full Suite plans have unlimited items.

Credit Renewal

AI credits renew automatically at the start of each billing period. Your renewal date is displayed on the Plan & Billing page.

Comparing Plans

To view available plans and upgrade:

  1. Click Compare Plans or View Plans
  2. Review the features and limits of each plan
  3. Select the plan that fits your needs
  4. Complete the upgrade through Shopify

Plan Limits

If you reach your plan limits:

  • User limit reached - You cannot invite new users until you upgrade or remove existing users
  • AI credits exhausted - Wait for credits to renew or upgrade your plan
  • Item limit exceeded - An alert will prompt you to upgrade your plan

Trial Period

New accounts include a trial period. During your trial:

  • You have access to all plan features
  • The remaining trial days are displayed at the top of the page
  • No charges until the trial ends

Billing History

To view your billing history and past invoices:

  1. Click the link to Shopify Admin on the Plan & Billing page
  2. This opens your Shopify billing settings where all CDSEO charges are recorded

Full Suite Plan

The Full Suite plan includes:

  • Unlimited user accounts

  • Unlimited AI credits

  • Unlimited items

  • Content publishing module

  • Early access to new features

  • Priority support
