Workspace Settings

Workspace settings control how your CDSEO workspace is configured and accessed.

To access workspace settings:

1. Go to Settings in the main navigation
2. The Workspace page opens by default for Admins

Note: Only users with Admin role can edit workspace settings.

1. Click the Edit button
2. Make your changes
3. Click Save

The name of your workspace, displayed throughout CDSEO. This is typically your store or company name.

• Used in navigation and reports
• Visible to all workspace members
• Can be changed at any time

Your unique CDSEO URL: https://[subdomain].cdseo.com

• Used to access your workspace
• Must be unique across all CDSEO workspaces
• Can only contain letters, numbers, and hyphens
• Must be between 3 and 30 characters

Note: Changing your subdomain will update your workspace URL. Make sure to update any bookmarks.

Sets the timezone for your workspace, affecting:

• Scheduled reports
• Activity timestamps
• Due dates for content assignments

Select the timezone that matches your primary business location.

Your Shopify store URL. This is set automatically from your Shopify integration and cannot be changed directly in CDSEO.

• Used for generating links to your store
• Used for verification checks
• Synced from Shopify

If your store is password-protected or in development mode, enter the password here.

• Allows CDSEO to access your storefront for verification
• Required for structured data verification on protected stores
• Stored securely and only used for verification requests

If you have access to multiple CDSEO workspaces (multiple stores), you can switch between them:

1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll to Your Workspaces
3. Select the workspace you want to switch to

You'll be redirected to that workspace's CDSEO dashboard.

To manage your subscription:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Plan & Billing

From the billing page you can:

• View your current plan and usage
• See remaining credits
• Upgrade or compare plans
• Access billing history in Shopify
