Thin Content

Thin content refers to webpages that provide little or no value to users. These pages typically have minimal text, lack substantive or unique information, and do not contribute meaningfully to the overall content of a website. This often includes pages with very little text and unfinished or placeholder pages.

Search engines like Google aim to provide users with the most relevant and valuable information, so they tend to rank thin content poorly. In some cases, having too much thin content reduces rankings of an entire site.

Creating quality content across your site and blocking non-quality content strengthens your SEO by ensuring that only valuable, engaging pages are indexed. This improves user experience and signals to search engines that your site is a reliable source, leading to better rankings and visibility.
